Foldel Healthcare Services offers you professional health care services that answer individual and varying needs. These services can be modified and arranged in reference to the preference of our patients.

Home Health Services Available

Skilled Nursing: RNs and LPNs experienced in cardiac, medical/surgical, oncology, pulmonary, endocrinology, neurological and urological nursing care; ostomy and wound care; and patient and family training. We also work with other healthcare personnel to ensure that all services, concurrent therapies, laboratory services, medical equipment and supplies are fully coordinated, thereby providing consistent and focused care.

Home Health Aide: CNA- Certified Aides are available around the clock to assist with bathing, hygiene tasks, bed linen changes, sitting and other personal needs that are supervised by a registered nurse.

Physical Therapy: Licensed PT's provide specialized programs for improved ambulation and gait training; prosthesis and medical equipment use training, increased mobility and prescribed therapeutic programs.

Occupational Therapy: OT's provide adaptive equipment, assessment, and training, cognitive/perceptual and sensory motor activities, reality orientation and visual perception training, and assist individuals in increasing and maintaining independence in the activities of daily living.

Speech Therapy: Licensed ST's- assist patients with a program of speech and language instruction to improve and restore communicative skills lost due to illness, accidents, or developmental problems.

Medical Social Work: Licensed MSW's- provide counseling and assistance with problems related to care in the home, and provide information and support in obtaining essential community and economic resources.

Sitter/Companion: FOLDEL Home Healthcare representatives will coordinate with the patient and family to provide companionship, household tasks, meal preparation and serving, escort and documentation services.
